Yes. It uses the IANA time zone database (e.g. Asia/Shanghai) and applies each region’s DST rules.
What does "Local" mean?
"Local" is the time zone of your current device, auto-detected and shown so you can convert relative to where you are.
Is the conversion accurate?
It uses the browser’s built-in Intl API with standard zone data, accurate to the minute; the only possible error is from historical DST policy changes.
